By using the Blue Line Taxi website or booking any of our services,
you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Booking & Confirmation
Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, phone call, or through our website contact form.
A booking is confirmed only after we send a written confirmation (WhatsApp message or email) with driver
and vehicle details.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking at our discretion without providing reasons.
Advance payment or token amount may be required for outstation bookings.
3. Pricing & Payment
All quoted fares include driver allowance and applicable state taxes unless stated otherwise.
Toll charges, parking fees, and permit costs (e.g. Rohtang, Atal Tunnel) are additional and payable by
the passenger.
Prices are subject to change due to fuel surcharges, government levy adjustments, or seasonal demand.
Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
Late cancellation (within 24 hours): A cancellation fee of up to 25% of the total fare
may apply.
No-show: If the passenger does not show up at the pick-up location within 30 minutes of
the scheduled time, the full fare may be charged.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must carry valid government-issued photo ID during travel.
Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and carrying illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly
prohibited.
Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings.
In case of vehicle damage caused by the passenger, repair costs will be charged to the passenger.
6. Driver Conduct
Our drivers are trained professionals committed to your safety. They
will maintain a courteous attitude, follow traffic rules, and drive within speed limits. If you experience
any issues with driver behaviour, please report it to us immediately at +91 94180 01515.
7. Limitation of Liability
Blue Line Taxi shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, landslides,
government restrictions, or any other force majeure events.
We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
Our maximum liability for any booking shall not exceed the total fare paid for that trip.
8. Route Changes & Detours
Routes may change due to road closures, landslides, or police
advisories. In such cases, extra kilometres and toll charges, if any, will be communicated to the passenger
before proceeding.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in
Kullu, Himachal Pradesh.
